• Safe connection: we examine and test the SSD in write-protected mode with PC-3000 Portable III to ensure nothing is written to it.
• Full bit-image creation: we make a sector-by-sector (image) copy; from then on all recovery is performed from the image.
• Recovery from the image: we reconstruct the file system and folder structure from the image (photos, videos, documents).
• Verification and delivery: we verify with sample file openings, then deliver the data on the requested media.

Controller/firmware-type failure (WITHOUT chip-off)

• Diagnostics with PC-3000 Portable III: we establish stable access (vendor/technical mode, timings, retries, monitoring throttling).
• Fault-tolerant reading: once access is stable, we create a full, gentle bit-image.
• Data assembly: we assemble files from the acquired image, with special care for large videos and databases.
• Verification and delivery: we hand over the data after sample verification.
